The mental health benefits of exercise are nearly endless. Therefore, I have designed a lot of games for exercising that produces endorphins, which act as a stress reliever and leaves you feeling happy and satisfied. In addition, exercise improves sleep, which is especially important for older adults who often suffer from insomnia and disrupted sleep patterns.

Prevents from sicknesses

Studies have shown that maintaining regular physical activity can help prevent many common diseases, such as heart disease and diabetes. Exercise improves overall immune function, which is important for seniors nowadays as their immune systems are often compromised.

Reduced Rate of Injuries and Fatigue

Our joints play a key role as our bones and muscles work together to support and move us. As we age our joints can become weak, stiff and sore. Therefore, My program is focus on full body workout which allows you to enhance all your joints and muscles of your body.

Decreased Risks of Falls

When we get older we lose more balance making us higher risk of falls, which can prove to be potentially disastrous for maintaining independence. The Exercise that I perform improves strength and flexibility, which also help improve balance and coordination, reducing the risk of falls.

Strength and endurance training

After age 50, you lose 1-2 percent of muscle strength per year, which comes out to about 3.5 pounds of muscle strength per year. Strength training helps you regain the muscle you lost and helps your cells remain younger since exercise slows cell aging. Strength training doesn’t just make you feel younger. It may actually turn off the aging process in your chromosomes.

The power of motivation is underrated. It could mean the difference between reaching your goals or failing to reach your goals. That is why it is so important to constantly and consistently motivate yourself and you will learn that on my sessions, I will teach you all the tips to be motivated when you are alone. Also, It is vital to surround yourself with people who will motivate you when your motivation runs out and I will be there to prevent that!

I focus on full-body, multidirectional movements rather than isolating a certain muscle groups. when you work to improve mobility and flexibility, you’ll experience better strength gains over time. Balance also decreases over time, which leads to an increase in falls and potentially dangerous injuries. Therefore I dedicate half of my session to perform balance and flexibility exercises.
