Virtual Training Sessions are great for those people who don’t have time to travel and want to work out from home or a specific place. You can take advantage of this hour and ask any questions you have regarding physical activities and your progress in general.
I can help you correct your form and see if you are performing the exercises correctly, this will help you get the most out of your sessions!
Note:
- If you would like to cancel the session, you have to let me know 1 hour before
- You can refund sessions if you decide to stop exercising or take a break. But remember to ask before 30 days; after 30 days, I will not make refunds.
