My bootcamp is a group class this means we need a minimum of 3 people to do the class. Therefore you need to tell your friends, family or colleagues to join you and have fun! One of the key of motivation to exercise is being around people you love, that is one of the reason I have created this bootcamp!

Training at home saves a lot of time that you may otherwise spend travelling to the gym, also you don’t have to worry about packing your gym clothes, travelling, or finding the best parking spot. Therefore, I can meet you In the comfort of your home, local park, at your preferred location, anywhere!


I have created a super dynamic system where a begginner and an elite can train together in the same bootcamp using colored ribbons that you will wear as in martial arts. In addition, the exercises will be reflected in colors too, so that you know what your exercise is, it is very fun!

One of the goals of my boot camp is to provide a full workout that builds strength and endurance until the point you develop the power to exert force and lift weights beyond what is physically possible for an ordinary human being. Calisthenics and body weight exercises

My boot camp involves calisthenics circuit routines, due to, it is the ultimate step to getting fast results in strength, endurance, conditioning and muscle mass. In a circuit, you move from one exercise to the next with little or no rest between moves, performing body weight exercises and some free weight exercises, this makes it super fun!
