The Personalised Workout plan + Diet plan consists of a custom workout and diet plan. You will get all the attention you need to commit to your diet and workouts; Gabriel and Celina (the nutritionist) will stay in touch during your training. Also, you can do this program from the comfort of your home or your local gym.

Moreover, This is a subscription service, meaning you will have to pay for this service every month; if you stop paying for the monthly plan, you won’t receive your weekly plan.

Once you buy this service, you will receive an email with your confirmation order; in the next 24 hours, you will receive an email with your details to enter in the app, then you will fill out a form where you will tell me about your goals, your habits, your favorite type of training, among other things. We will set up a meeting to discuss your plan and how we are going to execute this.

• You can refund the Personalised Workout plan + Diet plan before the first week (7 days); after one week, I will not be able to refund them.
