If you join these fantastic sessions of Movement and flow, you will get 2 classes per week at Snap Fitness in Bodmin.

In one class we are going to focus on technique and how to perform each exercise correctly. Also, I will teach you drills that later we will use for some workouts on the second day.

In the second class, it is going to be a little bit more intense, we are going to perform the exercises and the drills we have learned at a faster pace, so that we can promote fat loss and make these sessions a fun cardio routine!
